We are excited to work with you on your design or renovation project. All projects begin with a preliminary 15-minute discovery call if needed. From there, we will schedule a consultation with fees as follows: $375 is our virtual session option for clients who aren’t local, and $500 for in-person consultations for local clients. Consultation fees are non-refundable and come with no obligations. Once we establish the project scope needed, we will follow up with a detailed recap of our consultation, and a retainer agreement to begin the design work. Please also note, there are no drawings or design concepts presented until retained. Our design fees are hourly based and will be calculated once the project scope has been determined.
